Offenders removed a developer supplied 3000-litre water tank and submersible pump from the installed position on a completed home site in Bushmead. PACT investigators canvassed the rea and obtained CCTV footage from local residents, see footage HERE, and this has been passed onto police for further investigation.

Crime and illegal rubbish dumping, at some point, impact every part of the building and construction process. Braven Group Services/PACT Site Security work with members on a variety of issues affecting their business. Theft of machinery, fuel and assets through the civil contracting stage, ongoing crime impacting builders to illegal rubbish dumping and anti-social behaviours that can affect new estates. If these issues are left unchallenged, the problems will continue and have an increasingly negative impact across the industry.

PACT Site Security works closely with WA Police to provide efficient and effective reporting systems to identify crime trends within the building and construction industry. Accurate reporting of all crime activates resources to reduce theft risk, track and recover property, as well as deter future incidents. Police liaison, GPS Tracking, CCTV, patrols and community engagement are just some of the tactics assisting to reduce crime.
